I've had shoulder pain that feels like something torn for months now, finally got an on the phone physio appointment that has given me exercises to do. The problem is, I CAN'T DO THE EXERCISES BECAUSE I HAVE A SHOULDER INJURY. Hello?
"Just lift your arm above your head with this weight" - I can't lift my arm without the weight, please advise.
