My view...

Wagner actually did a decent job last season, and the people who suggest he did a hopeless one and it was all his fault are total muppets (it's the usual muppets to be fair). But that doesn't mean it was wrong to make a change. With the loss of parachute payments we needed a new youth based approach and that required a new coaching etc. setup that was more geared to that way of doing things.
