Assuming points are redeemed at Sainsburys etc.

But you can get over 1% in total via the special offers (e.g. 3000 bonus points for spending over £100 at Sainsburys at Xmas).

Converting Nectar to avios can get more value too.

I suspect most of their cards end up roughly the same level of reward in the end.
