My reading of it is

being at the club as U18-eligible means - once you've been with us a full 12 months - you Qualify.

Example: We just signed Domeracki from Dundee Utd & he played for the Yoot on Saturday. So I believe he will be Club-Developed as of Feb 2026.

The grey area is those who never played for our Yoot side (Gibbs, Fisher, Mahovo)
