If we don’t think Warner , springett , Tompkinson etc are good enough for us. We have a responsibility to find them another pathway. If you are deemed good enough like Forsyth we develop you.

Signing those aged 18-20 is part of our business model. Should be obvious to all we now have a player trading/ moneyball operation.
