And generally find they make no sense.
But that’s got to be offside no? He’s offside for the entire duration before the FK is taken, and as the chap runs up to take it, he makes contact with the defender nearest to the bloke the ball was rolled too, all from an offside position. As a result the defender is distracted and lets the runner go. Has clearly “interfered with play”? If he does it without ever being offside, goal stands. Distract the defender as much as you like from an onside position. But you can’t do that from a clearly offside position surely.
Unless the laws now say you can. But if they do, then they shouldn’t. So there.
