Question for wisdom of the Wrath

Watching the goal back, their no 39 blocked the free kick with an outstretched arm. A pen would 100% be given with VAR, IMHO.

Sarge is then offside for the actual goal, again would be cancelled out under VAR review.

What would have happened in that scenario in the Prem.
