In his witness statement, having admitted using the words recorded by the Referee on the Extraordinary Incident Report Form, (‘You’s are f**king s**te at your job. You useless f**k’) and agreeing that they were unacceptable, KM said that he wished to provide additional details regarding the context in which the Incident occurred. He stated that it was late in the Match, Norwich had come back from 3-1 down to equalise and were pushing for a winner. The atmosphere was intense and emotions were running high. He mistimed a tackle on a Middlesborough player, which he acknowledged, but he did not think the tackle warranted any more than a yellow card.

No indication from Kenny that there wasn’t any contact 🤔
