Just back from the game

Massively positive in so many ways. Sarge reminded us of what we’d been missing. Players who arguably needed a confidence boost all scored. Mahoovoo was understandably a bit nervy on his first FCR start but next time out will know what it’s all about. No question that the score flattered us but good to see Hoff go Plan B when Plan A wasn’t working. He’s done that before (cf the 3-0-7 formation in the last ten when we were 1-0 down and ended up winning 2-1) and it’s great to have a manager with the ability to see that that’s necessary and do it. Ironically Duffy had a bad game and he’s been so good all season.

When the others start coming back we should kick on again. Next season should be a fun one.
