Weak midfield, Slimane and Marcondes provide no protection defensively.

It's a big downgrade from Sara to have these two starting. Badly need a defensive midfielder in Jan and then let Kenny and Nunez play further forward.

Some big problems with the structure of the side and lack of decent striker options outside Sargent. A quality right winger would be 2nd on my list. Let Gordon and Fassnacht leave and get someone better to relieve the pressure on Sainz every game.
