I actually went with work colleagues, and I thought he was so good, I persuaded my family to go and see him a couple of weeks later.
Unfortunately when we arrived there was a notice that Duncan Norvelle had been taken ill, but ‘at short notice’ we were going to have comedian Mike Reid instead.
Talk about chalk and cheese! Its very embarrassing when you’re out with your mum listening to continuous blue jokes.
