How many times are there off the ball incidents that could be viewed as violent conduct?

They are pretty rare, I would say. The Sainz incident isn't off the ball and the ref saw it, so it's not in the same category.

To substantiate the point that we've been done over, we'd need to have examples of other incidents with the same characteristics that have been ignored. Those characteristics are: off the ball, ref didn't see, could be violent conduct.
