Someone needs to explain why the Kenny incident was even looked at

As far as I am aware they don’t routinely trawl through the videos of games to try and find incidents the officials missed and charge people. If they did they’d probably find three or four a match.

Leaving aside the ridiculousness of the decision to charge him and it being upheld, I’d like to know why the video was looked at. Did QPR make a complaint or have the (totally inept) matchday officials team taken it upon themselves to screw us over even more than they did during the game.
