If they spend anything in Jan, they must be in breach of FFP

Spent £115m in the summer and must have had promotion bonuses and salary increases for the team at the end of last season.

Year 1 promotion is worth £140m (is that correct?) and they are playing the Gnome $5m so they must be going into debt if they spend anything else I assume.
