A Negroni is my favourite cocktail

Just red Vermouth, Campari, gin is lovely, to zhuzh it up a bit something nicer than red Vermouth, something nicer than Campari, don't overthink the gin. Ever since Emma d'Arcy mentioned it I've tried the sbagliato version whenever I can and it is indeed lovely though you have to take the vermouth down or it's too sweet overall.

Do love a French 75...(waiting for the inevitable Italian 69 joke)...
