My research tells me that humans produce around one litre of snot per day. 365 litres of snot a year each, with a bonus litre on leap years.

I am not sure of the expected solidification of said litre within the nostrils (let’s call it xB) but if you can develop an algorithm for that then I think you’re on track to an answer.
