perhaps some legal eagle can correct me if I'm wrong but
dont you enter into some sort of contract when you buy something from a shop

the shop agrees to sell you something to a agreed spec and you agree to pay a price for that (though it might not be the price shown)

and the contract is made legal by you handing over the money and the shop giving you the product

So if Martin lewis tells you to just walk in and take something he is probably guily of a crime
