I think for me we were a victim of our lightning start

We should legitimately have been 5 up in 20mins, which immediately puts the crows into lazy mode.

When that didn't happen, and we also got very lazy on the ball, the crowd was getting pissed off.

Not saying it's justified, but that's why I think it happened. My favourite bit was at 3-1 up a guy got the arse behind me when we were paying out - "just get it up there!" FFS.

So the atmosphere went from 'this is easy', to 'sort it out', to 'this is what should have happened in the first place' - at no point it actually being loudly supportive.

We've done this passing out for many years now, and we are particularly good at it under JHT. Old habits die hard for some of the crowd though.
