In the time you've rinsed off, pulled the rinsed matter off the plug screen thing and popped it into the food waste mini caddy, carefully positioned everything so it doesn't obstruct the sprinkler arm or obstruct spray of water from said arm onto other washables, run the thing, taken everything out, you've spent about twice as long as I've spent scraping into the foodwaste, washing, leaving on rack till rack is full, drying and putting away.
In a commercial kitchen, fine, but no-one really needs a dishwasher at home, they use a load of electric and water and do a worse job more slowly costing more money than washing up by hand.
