SWEP Activated in norwich

Norwich Homeless team have activated SWEP for the rest of the week, the Severe Weather Emergency Protocol allows homeless people who may be ineligible for interim/temporary accommodation access to shelter overnight. If you see anyone on the street tell them to contact the council and ask for SWEP.



No plush hotels unless you arrived on a boat
