I'd be straight in, taking away tax from land I stole. See, why not then put the money into charitable stuff, Veterans for you Mr Tombs, Cancer research for me. Why do they need to 'own' these places? Doesn't make sense really. Greed breeds greed and so the circle of life goes round.
