I'll look into getting some of that. The tray i collected was rectangular

And nicely isn't completely flat.
So im not concerned about fat or garlic dispersing into the oven.

I'll try tbe pizza on it over the next couple of days.
I was thinking it might cook diffently to metal, maybe not crust properly or the dough would go floppy.
See how it goes
