What do you use Twitter/X for?

I've only dabbled with it briefly a while back while I was doing some work for a company and had to run their social media. It did my head in with all the mentions and replies trying to figure what I needed to respond/react to. It all felt like a huge waste of time and I've never gone back to it.

What am I missing out on?
