I find threads full of either hate bait or stories

By which I mean people recounting events (which are very much "I know someone who...") that really (no, really) happened as some sort of indictment or God knows what. Bit like this post, utterly pointless.

Not sure what it's going (or meant) to achieve. Again, a bit like this post.
