You'd think so

Plenty of student houses round here (NR3) as well, it's a nice balance of household types here and honestly I think that's better than cram all the students into an enormous block together anyway. They've only just opened the new ones at Yugo opposite Cavell House. Between CCN, NUA and UEA you do wonder how many more student houses the City needs...
