The elapsed time between the ref parking his whistle and him hoofing it. Was he already committed to the hoof? Dunno.

Pretty sure Doku did exactly the same thing earlier and didn’t get booked. Not that it’s an excuse, but feels like refs keep forgetting about this zero tolerance thing.
