Deduction and/or fine per guilty verdict

Above a certain point tho, if they are found to have fundamentally broken the rules completely, same as Rangers, bottom of the professional pyramid.

That way they have to spend 3 years getting back, they have to sell players to balance the books, etc.

They need proper punishment, not just fines, as that doesn't impact them.
