You are stating that the FIRST TEAM COACH has zero influence on the tactics or approach of those he is directed to teach. That's clearly a role that can be eliminated then.

Or you are suggesting that the First Team Coach will be happy to promote/encourage a system that he knows to be wrong / sub-standard / a failure (delete as applicable)

You cannot possibly moan about the club's tactics / approach last season and then claim that losing the FIRST TEAM COACH is genuinely something to be worried about.
