We know that Knapper didn't think him good enough to replace Wagner

Prior to that, he was overlooked by Huddersfield in favour of Mark Fotheringham and Neil Warnock.

When he started here, he described his role as identifying opposition strengths / weaknesses to work out strategy to beat them.

If he's behind the tactics we saw in the playoffs, I'm glad he's leaving.
