I’d buy hotels to house all of the homeless people

whilst also employing and training them to do all of the tasks
Housekeeping
Maintenance
Grounds
Security
Chefs
Service staff
Reception
Every thing required to successfully run a hotel

Will also have social workers and support staff on site 24/7 to help the now ex homeless people get reintegrated back into society
