Johannes Hoff Thorup will join us shortly to preview NCFC’s trip to Swansea City.
---------------------------------------------------------------

JHT on Run Norwich: “Its not for me. If you do 10k you need to be a decent runner. I prefer doing 5k runs.”

JHT on Kenny McLean: “He felt a little bit before half-time in that game and was a bit tired. It seems like he’s okay and will play on Saturday.”

JHT on Josh Sargent: “He felt something in his ankle after the first game. He decided to not take any risk. If things go to plan, then he will be in training tomorrow and play Saturday.”

JHT on Ben Chrisene: “He didn’t want to take any risks. The best plan was not for him to go play when he spoke to the federation. He’s been in training and is fine.”

JHT: “I tried to watch as much as I could. I watched the Scotland game against Portugal and some of the younger guys playing for the youth national teams. I respect the national teams as it’s a big thing to represent your country. We want them to come back fully fit.”

**Lungi (Sorensen) is ahead of schedule and is expected to be in training next week.

Fassnacht is a few weeks away from returning to training.

Barnes is also a couple of weeks away from now after a small setback.**

JHT: “It’s actually okay to have these small breaks. The ones who weren’t on national duty trained the same. We spent time together after the sessions as well, so hopefully it’s been well spent for us.”

JHT: “There is a lot of difficult games and some we won’t perform to our standards. We look at performances and how we can improve. It wasn’t one big party after the win at Coventry, we still looked at how we can improve.”

JHT on Crnac: “The better a player performs the higher the price. We have to take care of him as everything is new for him. He surprised me with his performance against Sheffield after stepping into new country, city and stadium for him. We have to be patient.”

JHT on Anis Slimane: “I spoke to him today as there’s some areas of his physicality and game we can improve. He needs to be a player for us who can play 35-40 games. He’s never done this in his career. It was a good step and performance against Coventry.”

JHT on Swansea City: “What we can do is prepare the best as possible. We have to be on top and be strong in duels and tracking back. We need to fight for every situation to win second balls.”
