the success Southgate had - no he didn't win anything but he's been more successful than any manager in my lifetime and while much is made of having a strong selection, people forget about what he did with the poor 2018 squad, and is the current squad really much better relative to other nations than Eriksen's pool from which he had to choose?

Eventually it always turns sour, and then it will be brought up again UNLESS the facist attempted movement has quietened down by then, which sadly I strongly doubt.
