Yeah I ignored it until I read the pain in the morning is damaged fibres, and you're

stretching them out, which will cause worse issues later.

So I was less shrugged shouldered about it first thing in the morning and would tip toe more easing it into the day.

Do the cliche'd thing and get a bike :)
