Particularly those who did have pace - they make the same move without realising they don't have the agility any more. Not a CB but always thought Paul Scholes was the epitome of the more fouls with age while trying to execute moves that had been a hallmark in the past.

I don't think anyone thinks that Hanley is the future first choice for Norwich (I've no ideas about Scotland), but we should respect the value he provided in the past, and with a young squad now, goodness knows they'll want that bit of support.
