This Rice sending off - can anyone remember a similar incident

Within the last couple seasons. I thought it was championship but might have been league 1.

Player went to take a free kick and in doing do absolutely wiped out a player blocking it. Much harder than Veltman yesterday. I can't remember the conclusion of it.

Anyone remember the teams or players involved?
