It says tickets on sale on Sat at 8am (IST) and 9am (BST)

Based upon nothing more than a quick Google, aren't IST and BST the same (right now, at least?), in which case it seems the Irish get a 1hr head start on tickets?

I'm sure I must've got this wrong, but can't see where.
