You we live in an age where you're supposed to reach out and talk?

It's just, when I try to explain to people I'm socially introverted, working in a massive team in my job drains my social battery, so I need time to recharge.
A lot of time to recharge, alone.


"Yea but if you ever want to talk about it, we're here for you"
