I can’t believe that people didn’t know about this

It was a huge large story that went on for years.

I don’t think you could engineer a tornado/water spout but it’s definitely a good example of the universe playing tricks - it was close to a miracle that he wasn’t jailed for a very long time.

They were a very funny bunch though - we used to call him the Emperor Ming.
