Doyle and Cordoba look like they can both pick a pass and move the ball quickly yet even they seemed to pass across to Duffy too frequently who just dwells on the ball and plays an unimaginative pass. By that point momentum is lost and the opposition are back in shape. We use him as if he is a ball pinging quarterback but all he does is suck the energy out of our play.
I’m not anti Duffy in the appropriate formation for his style of play but in the Hoff’s tactics he is just wrong and hopefully we are playing someone more suited to the new style very soon whether that is Hills, Warner or a new signing.
