Yes Duffy was on his heels very slightly but he was undone by a clever run (he needed to be more aware of) and a very well executed cross which meant the finish was easy.
I think he can be blamed but the problems lie further up in build up, we started to get much more passive off the ball so Blackburn players had space on the ball all the way until the finish touch for the goal.
I'm not quite sure how the 433 is meant to work out of possession, but typically in the first half, Forson was coming over to help out on the left flank off the ball. If that happened it may have been harder to get as good a cross off. Here, McLean, Nunes and Gibbs were all very central, despite the build up having come through the midfield with no pressure
