go and snag some lidl argentinian raw and peeled frozen red shrimp
they do two types; natural and garlic and herb, f**k the garlic and herb ones off and go with the natural ones. they say cook from frozen but also, f**k that s**t off and defrost them otherwise you'll just get boiled prawns.
defrost them in the fridger overnight, dry them to within an inch of their lives with paper towel, season with maldon salt and fry them fast with a little oil and butter, minute and a half each side chuck some garlic and chopped chillies in just before injury time and finish them off with a smoosh of lemon juice and some more salt. sweet af juicy delicious lipsmackering beautiful cheap wunderprawnage.
