I don't buy the ooohhh they've let the yanks take over by not demanding any money and letting their shareholding be diluted line.

They, along with Webber/Ward/Kensell/ whoever the current finance dude is, have allowed the club to rack up huge debt to no benefit on the pitch, despite Prem money/parachute payments. They've thrown it all away.

They're now over a barrel and have no choice but to let the yanks take over! Diluting the little folks' shareholdings in the process.
