A 10% stake in a majority owned private company

Is effectively worthless (the value of having a person on the board, but who would be largely symbolic).

As with anything, it's worth what someone is prepared to pay for it. I just can't see what the (business) value of that stake is.

Delia and Michael have effectively given the club away (in return for £59 million investment in the club, which they personally likely won't see any of).
