I hope you’re well,



The landlord has approached us after receiving the market value of the property which is currently showing £695 whereas the rent is currently £595. The landlord does not want to implement such a large increase at this moment in time and is wanting to gauge your response on increasing the rent to £650pcm.



Please let me know your thoughts so that I may relay these back to the landlord.
