According to the NCFC accounts:
Sara + Nunez + Ramsey cost £10.5m, with another £4.5m due dependent on performance.

So unless Nunez & Ramsey were both free then Sara was - at most - £7m up front. (Nunez £3m & Ramsey £0.5m)

As for bonuses, promotion would be the main one (say £1m for each of the three players) and, unless I've missed something, these would not have been paid.
