Knapper needs to have a hell of an August

The attacking three looked bright enough, but the defence was a mess and the midfield non existent.

Núñez isn’t suited to playing on the right of a midfield three, and Gibbs and Lungi are miles off it. Kenny dictating our play won’t work, unless teams give him loads of time on the ball.

Two CMs needed, and quite nonplussed that Hills didn’t figure at all given he’s been very good the rest of pre season. Maybe he had a knock.
