Actually I think that's not clear yet

(ie it's not clear that she has XY) - the evidence is only from the IBA test which they haven't released, and the IOC hasn't done such a test (and won't)

I do think that XY should be a bright line distinction, but I approach this as a lawyer not a biologist!
