the death penalty will never return to this country so might as well save your breathe on that subject

And your implication that his parents come from Rwanda and should not be in the country maybe wide of the mark ,it could be they are here because of the Rwanda Genocide ,if that is the case , i think most people would agree they are just the sort of people we should allow in
