If they are already streaming & "staying away" then they don't enter the calculations.

I speak from experience; I know that NL fans often have a 'First' team, and that they will sometimes watch that team.

Example: a non-Lge side with an average gate of 300. If a family of three stay at home to watch their First team on a stream that hits gate money (2 admissions) plus catering (4 beers, 2 burgers & a coke) as well as club development (2 lottery tickets).

And will the pro teams be keen to spread their additional income to help their poorer cousins? Evidence suggests not.
