There's work needed at LB and through the spine of the team (CB, DFM, No.10).

To sound like Jim, it's the central midfield watercarrier player that's critical.

Around that I think you could make a case for us concentrating on making sure we have a second XI who are properly pushing and challenging for a first team berth.

I think we'll sell one (or two) of Rowe/Sara/Idah and use those funds to strengthen.

We have a fair bit of talent in the AMF, so I actually think we'd cope okay losing Rowe/Sara, tho ideally keep one.

There's a good argument for us moving on Idah, but only if we can get a quality replacement. The new boss might have someone in mind for value, but if not, I don't think keeping Idah is a terrible idea.
